Shipping Policy

At Tooney Kids, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders above Rs. 3000
  • A flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 3000

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are dispatched the same day via a registered courier service.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Orders received on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days
  • Deliveries are not made on Sundays
  • During busy seasons or major sale events, delivery may take up to 7 working days or slightly longer

Delivery Information

  • Orders will be delivered to the home or office address provided at checkout
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • All deliveries require a signature upon receipt
  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery at least twice

Remote Areas & Self Collection

  • For self-collection requests or locations where courier service is unavailable, advance payment may be required
